Personality Type

Understanding one’s self is a central part of personal development. FMTA help you to gain a deeper awareness of your unique personality through the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). The MBTI is the world’s most widely used psychological tool, used by over two million people each year.

The MBTI is an accessible, practical and very enjoyable method of enabling you to understand and manage both yourself and other people more effectively.

FMTA offers half and full day programs on the MBTI, designed to enhance self awareness and team performance.
